How would you define leadership?

Basically when we think of leadership, we associate it with that person who has the ability to
direct, guide and influence a work group in order to reach the objectives set, whether in the
professional or academic field.
Also, leadership can be defined as the type of communication used by leaders to relay
information about the company's culture, values, mission and messages to make employees
trust on the company.
So we can consider that leadership consists of a person who contains several skills to guide
a group of people, seeking the common good of all, through communication and feedback.
