Objective
My name is Hany Elkazaz. I work in the culinary field for more than 30 years. When I was 15 years old, I was
trained by professional chefs and trained in the basics of French cuisine, Lebanese cuisine but I fell in love
with the cold section and moved to most five-star hotels, and my culinary experience increased. I learned
cultures from Various countries of the world, adding one experience after another I learned how to operate
the menu and how to manage large numbers, as my experience increased, knowing that I am from a family
