B E Campbell Services Pty Ltd is pleased to offer you provisional employment in the position of Skilled 
Meat Worker. 
 
The offer is contingent upon you complying with all requirements as set out by the Australian 
Government and as set out as part of the BE Campbell Services Meat Industry Labour Agreement.   
 

Position     Skilled Meat Worker

Up to 4 years from commencement (employment remains subject to 
Duration of Contract 
you having valid working rights in Australia)

Your work performance will be monitored during the probationary 
period.  You will be advised before the conclusion of this period whether 
Probation Period  you have satisfactorily completed your probation.   
During the probationary period, your employment may be terminated 
by either you or the Company giving one week’s notice, or paying one 
week’s salary in lieu of notice. 
Wetherill Park Processing facility – 144 Newton Road 
Workplace Location  From time to time you may be directed by the employer to work from 
another location other than that specified above, within Australia 
Full‐time 
Employment status  
38 hours per week or a total of 152 hours in 28 days and to the extent 
hours of work 
permitted and governed by law, reasonable additional hours. 
Spread of hours  Between 5.00am – 8.00pm 

Minimum of $53 905.00 (plus Superannuation) 
Annual wage  All other payments (allowances, penalty rates, etc) will be paid in 
accordance with the Meat Industry Award 2020.
