OBJECT: Letter of employment for an indefinite period (not cohabiting).

Following the verbal agreements that have taken place, your employment is confirmed and on the basis
of paragraph 3 of art, 9-bis L. 608/96 and Legislative Decree 152/97, the aspects characterizing your
employment relationship are specified:

BEGINNING OF THE RELATIONSHIP:

The start of the relationship is on 06/09/2022

WORKPLACE: Valsamoggia Bo in Via Emilia 13/a

DURATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP: Indefinitely

WORKING HOURS:

40 hours per week. You carry out your domestic collaboration relationship as a rule in a non-
cohabitation regime and with the following working hours:

From Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.

The day of rest is fixed on Saturday or Sunday.

As agreed during the periods of absence of the employer's family, you will mainly devote yourself to the
custody of the property and the family animals as well as watering the plants without the need for
continuous care during the day while you will have to stay in the apartment intended for the guardian at
night for the whole period and continuously. During this period, normal remuneration will take effect
without payment of overtime compensation.
QUALIFICATION AND DUTIES:

You will be placed on Level C.

The tasks assigned will be caretaker of a private house, cleaner of apartments, laundry, ironing, assistant
to pets, watering and cleaning of green areas and small gardening jobs.

OBLIGATION OF LOYALTY:

You undertake to observe the directives received from your employer and the house rules received at
the beginning of the employment relationship. The law provides for the obligation not to disclose
information, business, news regarding the employer or other information learned in the performance of
one's duties, making use of them in such a way as to be able to bring judgment to the employer himself
and / or to third parties.

WORKING HOLD:

There is no particular work outfit, except for a sober and dignified dress, suitable for carrying out the
tasks described.

TRIAL PERIOD:

8 days of actual work during which both parties can withdraw from the relationship without notice. The
test will be inherent to the tasks listed above.

HOLIDAYS:

26 working days. This value must be re-proportioned to the working hours actually carried out. The
period of enjoyment of annual leave will be agreed from year to year and fixed in agreement between
the parties with adequate notice.
