III. APPOINTMENT and WORKLOAD: JHS Teacher/ Grade – 7 Adviser

6 teaching hours daily and 2 hrs. for clerical tasks
Extra hours of service related to the work may be called especially on
Saturdays

IV. COMPENSATION: A gross basic monthly rate of Php11,960 (460x26)

*subject to withholding tax, SSS premiums, Pag-ibig contributions, Phil Health dues
A monthly advisory pays of Php250 (months with classes)

V. BENEFITS: Clothing: 3 polo shirts, Christmas Break Pay, prorated 13th month pay and the school's share for SSS,
Pag-ibig contributions, Philhealth dues and CEAP contribution

VI. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee shall perform the specific duties and responsibilities of being a teacher/ adviser and some
tasks that may be reasonably assigned to him by the school from time to time. He must be aware of his
responsibilities and acknowledge to have understood and performed them as a condition for his regularization
and entitlement to other benefits and promotion.
Employee is obliged to perform his duties loyally, independently and industriously to help meet the
school's vision, mission, goals and objectives and is expected to carry out these responsibilities to the best of his
knowledge and abilities in order to protect and advance the interests of the School, its learners and employees.

VII. DECORUM
Employee shall observe and comply with MVVCSI's Policies, Rules and Regulations (Code of Discipline).
He/ She shall devote his entire working time to the Employer/School and shall have no direct or indirect interest
in any firm or entity offering the same services as Employer.

VIII. UNDERTAKING
Employee warrants that he shall comply with all his undertakings and obligations set forth in this
Contract and shall indemnify Employer of any actual losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s
fees incurred as a result of the breach of this Agreement or his willful act, omission, fraud or negligence

IX. TERMINATION
Employer reserves the right to terminate or cancel this Contract after observing due process for just or
valid causes. Termination may be due to any. But not necessarily limited to the following:
a. In the event that the enrollment decrease, the policy of last-in-first-out shall be reinforced or
depending upon the need of the school. For regularization, an Employee must pass
the Licensure Examination for Teachers

b. Breach of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement

c. Violation of company’s intellectual property rights
d. Poor performance due to inefficiency, and incompetence
 e. Tardiness and insubordination and other causes provided in the MVVCSI's Policies, Rules and
Regulations

X. EFFECTIVITY
This contract shall be in full force and effect from JULY 26, 2023 to MAY 2025 unless sooner terminated
either party for cause.

We hereby certify that we are agreeable to the foregoing conditions and that the information furnished
above are true and correct.
