Subject: Permission for Faculty Leads Election

Respected Sir/Ma’am
Team Hamdard University Debating Society has always strived for the bring up of most
talented, passionate, hardworking and academic performing students from different faculties.

As per our approved Constitutional Act, we believe in democratic setup and students
elected representatives from every faculty that may lead them in near future. For that our Faculty
Leads Nomination Forms are live on our social media channels till 21th April 2022.

In this case, the Executive Council HUDS seeks following assistance from your
faculties:

1. Please circulate the attached picture throughout your faculty students to get their
forms filled as soon as possible.

2. To carry out a free and fair interview of nominees, we request you to kindly grant
one faculty member as a panel member for the interview. Patron, President and
Secretary General being the other panelists.

3. With mutual consensus, finalize an interview date.

4. Students from each faculty would be interviewed in their respective faculty

auditoriums, for that we would request for the availability of auditoriums.
