ABSTRACT

The information system for communication with alumni embodies one of many ways how a university can

keep track of its graduates. Except for communication between the university and its graduates, the

information system should allow communication between graduates themselves and their personal

presentations in public. The system also should collect actual information about the working experience of

graduates, which can improve faculty credits and the teaching process. The presented information system

includes all these points and focuses on usability and a comfortable user interface.

The project mange the fresh as well as old graduate students with their respective information by actively

participating in making registering, searching, and managing the alumni information for sharing their

expertise, network, jobs opportunities, and resources. This participation has evolved into multiple

dimensions; and is now eager to formally enter into the domain of mentorship to students through a regular

program. The Alumni Management System (Alumni Dashboard) is a step towards this, creating

multidimensional interactions between current and past students of Eastern Visayas State University

Tanauan Campus.

CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

Information and communication technology, or ICT, is defined as the combination of informatics

technology with other, related technologies, specifically communication technology. ICT is the technology

that supports activities involving information. Such activities include gathering, processing, storing, and

presenting data. Increasingly these activities also involve collaboration and communication. A technology

that is used to handle communications processes such as telecommunications, broadcast media, intelligent

building management systems, audiovisual processing, and transmission systems, and network-based

control and monitoring function. Gokhe, M. (2018)

The Eastern Visayas State University Tanauan Campus (EVSU - TC) is a public university in the

Philippines and one of the oldest higher educational institutions in the Eastern Visayas region. Institutions

should not lose control over alumni especially because they are truly valuable assets. These days schools

and colleges are finding it difficult to create a bond between the campus and the alumni. Lose the data, and

you have lost all control, track, and trace. And time consuming in generating summary reports of the

employment status of the alumnus. Building meaningful relationships with students and alumni is important

for the strategic growth and advancement of higher education programs. Though alumni typically move

continuously from campus to pursue a career, they can stay in touch and build a global professional

network. Current students at institutions benefit from the mentorship opportunities and improved job

placement rates that engaged alumni bring. And institutions can partner with alumni to meet financial goals

for scholarships and other campus developments.

2

In this concern, the proponents proposed to develop a system entitled EVSU Tanauan Campus

Alumni Management System. The system will help to collect essential information concerning the

employment profile of graduates, the current jobs of graduates, post job hiring, the alumni awardee, current

offerings of the university and the relevance of their educational background and skills required in their

job. The system will automatically organize the information of the alumnus of the graduates. The institution

of Eastern Visayas State Tanauan Campus and the graduates will benefit from this system which work

become productive in the said institution, and the alumni will guarantee their information is secured. The

system is easy to interact with and user-friendly.

This proposed system will be online so it can be accessed by the alumnus anywhere. It will enable

quick and easy communication. Each user will be able to update their information where they can update

profiles as to present address, employee, email adds, active social media account, active public number,

status affiliation, current photo. And it makes it unique from other systems, for the reason that it has one

feature that the alumni is provided a chatbox to communicate with others. And also a public that an admin

can also send and receive messages coming from the alumnus. . It will generate summary reports of the

employment status of the alumnus. The proposed system has one feature that the admin can post

announcements or any activities of the campus and also the alumnus can also post announcements but it

will verify by the admin if the post of the alumnus is valid and reliable. Alumni will be able to organize

meetings and find out about job opportunities on themselves using this system. In doing so, it will help to

reduce the number of unemployed people.

. According to the study in 2020 report from the Voluntary Alumni Engagement in Support of

Education (VAESE), 68 percent of higher education institutions have seen an increase or no change in

alumni requesting not to be contacted by the institution, with a 15 percent increase in those asking to be

added to the "do-not-contact" list since 2015. As institutions continue to explore new digital solutions to
3

better support students who are learning remotely, leaders have an opportunity to use technology to build

engaging experiences and maintain a student-institution relationship across the student lifecycle and

beyond graduation.

In the study conducted by Agudera and Mendiola (2013) the implementation of Alumni Information

System, the system will be secured, the process in having the student information will become faster, and

accurate generating reports. The system will secure student files using the log-in log-out form for the

unauthorized users. The developers design the interface so the users will understand the system easily and

use the Microsoft Access for database to store important information. The system will help a school to be

well-organized.

Objectives of the Project

The general objective of the study is to develop the EVSU Tanauan Campus Alumni Management

System that will provide a connection that will update the current situation of the institution to the alumni.

Specifically, the study aims to:

1. To provide communication that will connect other EVSU Tanauan Campus alumni seniors.

2. To track the EVSU Tanauan Campus Alumni users about their employment status.

3. To provide a system that is capable to maintain over years and preserve the information of the

EVSU-TC institution and the alumni users.

Scope and Delimitations of the Project

The focus of this project is to develop a management system for EVSU Tanauan Campus. The

system is intended only for the alumni of the university. The system should accomplish the functionalities

such as being able to display all the alumni data. And the alumni can update general information of their
4

profile, can post job hiring and advertisements. And the system admin will be capable to create and

updates news, activities, events, and announcements about the university. And provide an account for the

alumni who can access the system and will provide a chat box to communicate with the other alumni

seniors.

The proposed system of the proponents is exclusive to the alumni of the EVSU Tanauan Campus.

The focus of the system will only on the alumni user’s communication and posting needed information.

Significance of the Study

The Management System will be a great benefit to the alumni of EVSU Tanauan Campus. And

using the system will be easy to access, retrieve and search for the records of the alumni.

People affected by the system may gain potential benefits and significant impacts from the project.

Alumni. The alumni will be able to communicate to other alumni regardless of what is purposed. They can

find or post jobs. They will be also informed about incoming events that the institution is preparing.

Proponents. The proponents will gain knowledge and understanding of conducting the system with the

combination of Analysis and Design. This project may also help the proponents in practicing systematic

approaches on a different system they will create in the future.

Eastern Visayas State University – Tanauan Campus. The system will provide a new approach process

that will lessen the work related to the processing of former and new students. The alumni will also be

interested to maintain relations with their institutions. The institution can also hire alumni for the work and

jobs they posted in the proposed system.

Future Researchers. The proposed study will benefit future researchers in their reference for conducting a

related study. And giving them an idea to improve furthermore in the previous studies.

CHAPTER II

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

Review of Related Literature

Online social interactions have become a way of life. Virtual meetings and chatting are now a large

component of our social circles. These engagements have broken physical barriers and have made

communication even more seamless and better. Sadly, these social interaction platforms haven’t been

much utilised in very many institutions, yet they come with loads of benefits. This study is localised to

Makerere University, but its findings are generalizable to most institutions and the solutions provided can

be customized to the various places of need. In this study, we set out to understand the gap in the

communication and interaction between the university, its alumni and the students. Consequently, the main

objective of this research project was to identify the information gap between the administration, alumni and

students of Makerere University and thereafter devise solutions to this challenge. To fully understand the

problem at hand, data collection techniques such as use of questionnaires, interviews, reviewing existing

literature were used. Design methods such as process modelling, functional modelling and data modelling

were used in the system analysis & design phase. The implementation was done with programming

languages such as HTML5, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and their related frameworks such as jQuery and

Bootstrap. The developed system bridges the gap between the different stakeholders by providing a

platform of engagement for information sharing, fundraising for given causes, mentorship, real time tracking

of projects and recognition for all the outstanding alumni. Based on Nanseera et al., (2021).

According to Bista.,(2021), Alumni tracking is a difficult task for any institution that has been

running for a long time. The Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering (DOECE), Pulchowk

Campus, IOE, has been offering undergraduate programs since 1994 A.D. and masters programs since

2001 A.D. The existing information about the alumni of the department is unmanaged and out of date. This
6

paper presents a web-based system to integrate data of alumni into a well-managed database, and to act

as a portal where alumni can update their current status and view online alumni yearbooks. This work aims

to make the task of alumni tracking easier and simpler for the department. The web-based portal has been

accessed by many alumni of the department starting from the earliest batches to update their information

and see the whereabouts of others. From the collected alumni responses, some preliminary insights

observed were: (a) it was seen that alumni seem to be heterogeneous both in their job positions and

employers, however, a large portion are employed in the software sector, (b) most alumni (60%) are

currently residing in Nepal, and (c) for further education, the USA (39%) seems to be the favored choice,

followed closely by Nepal (32.5%).

According to study of Norazmi, Ahmad, (2020), Alumni are graduate from a college or university.

Every university wants to stay in touch with all their alumni. Contact information is usually provided by

alumni during graduation. After getting a job, alumni usually move from family home to a location near the

workplace. Alumni contact information such as new addresses and phone numbers are usually not updated

by alumni. However, after graduation, alumni are usually still using the same social media account used

during the study. The university can use social media to communicate with their alumni. Alumni status in

social media should be active in order to be contacted by the university. A web-based application system

for monitoring Alumni Active Status on Social Media was developed to help the university to monitor their

alumni active status on social. This system allows university to store the social profile information of their

alumni. The university can easily update the events of university and interact with alumni on social media.

There are three groups of user for this system: admin, lecturer and alumni. The main objective is to develop

a system to monitor the active status of alumni on social media using Rapid Application Development

(RAD) methodology. This methodology consists of several phases such as requirements planning, user

design, construction and cutover. The results of the evaluation suggested that this system is useful and
7

easy to use. The respondents also satisfied with this system that can give benefits to the university, lecturer

and alumni. The study contributes towards an understanding the system requirements and user interface of

a web-based application of System Monitoring Alumni Active Status on Social Media. It can be a reference

model for developers and researchers in the area to develop a similar web-based application enhancing the

capabilities in creating and monitoring the active status of alumni on social media.

Alumnus is someone who has graduated from high school or college and has an important role in

showing image and quality, because the alumni association forum is not just a forum for friendship between

alumni, but also a forum for discussion and communication in an effort to advance higher education. Until

now, alumni of the National University (UNAS) integrate and communicate only through social networks

such as WhatsApp and Facebook, so with this web-based internet facility, alumni can utilize and facilitate

communication between alumni. This web-based social network is designed not only to connect alumni

from the National University (UNAS) but can establish relationships between National University lecturers

(UNAS) and can exchange information in various types such as job vacancies, training, professional

certification, campus environment activities and information others that are useful for alumni and lecturers

of the National University (UNAS). This site was created by first starting the system design using UML then

proceed with the creation of a user interface and using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as

database management. This site still has some shortcomings both in terms of features and security. Based

on Hasibuan et al., (2020).

According to Gani A.C. (2018), Data management of alumni who still use the printed document

means that data management cannot be done quickly and there are still frequent errors and difficult to

update. This problem can be overcome with a method that is developing the programming system. One of

them with software. With this information management system software is expected to help the data

management of alumni. Furthermore, the information management system software is expected to produce
8

the information needed effectively and efficiently when in making decisions in managing human resources

coming from the alumni. In order to be able to establish fellow alumni relationships for the better.

Web-Based Abulyatama Alumni Information System

According to Ardiansyah, T. M. (2021).A tracer study is a study of tracer traces of graduates or alumni

carried out to alumni after graduation. The obstacle faced by STMIK Abulyatama in conducting a tracer

study is at the time of data collection, currently collecting data manually by distributing questionnaires and

telephone interviews with alumni and companies. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a complete E-Tracer

study service, which can provide information for higher education institutions for the benefit of curriculum

improvements, trace alumni in detail and determine user satisfaction of college graduates. The research

objectives are; (1) To find out the alumni information system using a web-based programming language, (2)

to design an alumni management information system using Data Flow Diagrams (DAD) and programming

languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP and MySQL as databases, and (3) To improve the

existing system to be even better, by building an information system that can improve performance on

alumni data collection at Abulyatama University. The stages in the research consist of; literature study, data

collection, systems analysis, system development, and report generation. Based on the results of the

alumni information system analysis, it can be seen that until now it is still done manually. The author can

conclude several things, namely; (1) With a Web-Based Alumni Information System, it is hoped that it will

make work easier and accurate and more time-efficient information can be obtained, (2) The use of a

manual system has limitations in the data search process because the data is still stored in archive form,

( 3) Difficulty in updating the latest data for publication to the public, and (4) With this application, it is

expected to simplify and speed up the administrative process at Abulyatama University.

9

Alumni Info-Com Management with Distinct Classification of Data

According to Sasikumar, R., Haritha, B., Vincy, T. B., & Kamali, M(2020). Alumni Info-Com

Management System can manage alumni data of a college and provide easy access to the same. Alumni

of college stay in touch with their immediate friends and it is hard to stay connected with college mates.

Contact between alumni develops business connections and gains insight into a new field. Current students

will be initially given a student login id. Access to the system can help them to seek help in their projects or

for placements. This single system can satisfy almost every requirement of the alumni. Usually, alumni

associations are organized in colleges, but may also be organized in a place where the alumni can meet

each other. Even though there are many existing systems in colleges to maintain the alumni information,

they are manual and more time consuming for current students to reach out their  alumnus and maintaining

the privacy of the alumni. To overcome these issues, we proposed a web the application allows alumni to

update their information and students can connect with them and can view the filtered events posted by

alumni and admin through the support vector machine algorithm.

Alumni Social Networking Site

According to Mona, and Eileen(2021). A social networking site is an online platform that allows users to

create a public profile and interact with other users. In this constantly updating world, there’s a need for a

network that helps the institution to keep track of their alumnae and vice versa. And also, there might be a

need for a friendly guide to the students regarding their careers. The main objective of this project is to

build an alumni website and social networking site that establishes a link between the present students and

the alumnae of the institute. This helps the institution keep a record of their old students. Also, it does not

have much staff involvement and thus, will cleanly act as a bridge between the alumnae and the present
10

students. This website provides a user-friendly interface that facilitates the user to understand the working

of the site easily. The user will be able to register or sign up and log in to their timelines and interact with

other users. The user can share ideas, digital photos and videos, posts, personal chat, and inform others

about online or real-world activities and events.

CAs Based Student-Alumni Management System

According to Kavitha Rani P, Theophila Vaiz R, Preethi S, Roshan Ram R, (2022). The students and

alumni management system of any university is a collaborative framework that integrates the knowledge

between the students who are pursuing education and the students who have already successfully

established themselves after graduation. Various profession choices are available wherein a person could

choose from and this proposed framework is a predictive system that tries to predict the career option

based on the success rate of the student in terms of his credentials CGPA, number of projects, number of

publications, and so on and the credentials of the alumni like number of years of experience, proprietorship,

number of recognitions, designation reached, and many more. The proposed system tries to collaborate

students with alumni or the ones who have graduated from the university and together they are provided an

option to choose their career based on all the experiences they have had so far and the necessary

credentials they own. Cognitive-Agents (CAS) which exhibits rational thinking is applied in the paper to

collaborate with the students and alumni where the beliefs of the students and alumni are formulated using

the Behaviour-Observation-Belief (BOB) model. The performance achieved by the proposed CAs-based

framework towards alumni management in universities is found to be good for parameters like employment

rate, student alumni association, and so on.

11

An Electronic Learning System for Integrating Knowledge Management and Alumni Systems

According to Pohthong, A., Trakooldit, P. (2013). Nowadays, most people worldwide accept the

fact that knowledge is a very valuable asset for their success. Educational institutions such as universities,

whose main objective is to educate students to gain more knowledge and skills for their careers as well as

how to adapt and live in their community. Over the past decades, teaching and learning paradigms have

rapidly changed from traditional styles to computer-based styles. Electronic learning (e-learning) has been

recognized as an effective computer-based technology for knowledge management, life long learning, and

distant learning. Although most universities have created electronic alumni networks and systems, those

systems lack the concern of knowledge management. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an electronic

learning system for integrating knowledge management and alumni systems.

Methods

SDLC Model

The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a paradigm that enables the production of high-

quality, low-cost software, in the shortest amount of time. The goal of the SDLC is to produce superior

software that meets all requirements and demands of the client. The SDLC defines and outlines a detailed

plan with stages, or phases, that each encompasses its process and deliverables. Adherence to the SDLC

enhances development speed and minimizes project risks and costs associated with alternative methods of

production. The proponent used the Waterfall model paradigm to design and develop the proposed Alumni

Management System intended for EVSU-TC. The software development process in a linear sequential

flow. The phases only begin when the previous part of the phase is complete. The whole process of

software development is divided into separate phases and arranged sequentially.

20

Figure 3-3. Waterfall Model

Requirements

In this phase of requirements, the proponents gathered data through the suggested system needed

by the university. With their collaboration, the proponents find a clue on how solutions were going about the

institution facing circumstances. The data gathered from the proponents will serve as a basis of developing

and functionalities of the system.

System Design

In this phase, the system design is an overall architecture of the system that proponents will

develop. The database architecture of the system was based on the data gathered by the proponents.

Each entity of the tables was selected carefully to avoid confusion. The system design also specifying the

hardware and software requirements needs. The data flow and system flowchart are similar to how the

alumni organization works inside in dealing with alumnus. The context diagram illustrates how the outside

subject benefits the system. The program flowchart is a structure aim the proponent develops.

Implementation

In this phase, implementation was the programmer write programs or small units of functions.

When the components of the system were complete it sticks together to develop the whole system. The

functions of each component of the program are based on the system design and the requirements need of

the client.

Testing

In this phase, the testing will conduct on the program to ensure the structure doesn't have some

issue and the components function also. The proponents will ensure the functions that will match the
22

requirements and the system design. After testing the components and the structure of the program it will

go to the deployment phase.

Deployment

In this phase, the deployment once the functional and non-functional of the program is complete on

testing, the program will deliver to the client. The proponents will assist the respondent on the program

setup in the respondent's environment and guide them on how the program works. And after deployment,

the next phase will be maintenance.

Maintenance

In this phase, the proponents will give them contact to the respondent if the program that, the

proponents develop has some issue or bugs occur, the proponents will action immediately. Also, the

proponents will aim to enhance the program to become productive and based on the client's suggestion to

add some features in the program. The proponents will monitor the program every month to ensure the

program works well.

Design and Development

In this phase, the system design is an overall architecture of the system that proponents will

develop. The database architecture of the system was based on the data gathered by the proponents.

Each entity of the tables was selected carefully to avoid confusion. The system design also specifying the

hardware and software requirements needs. The context diagram illustrates how the outside subject

Programming Development

Front End

Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is a computer language that makes up most web

pages and online applications. A hypertext is a text that is used to reference other pieces of text, while

a markup language is a series of markings that tells web servers the style and structure of a document.

HTML is not considered a programming language as it can’t create dynamic functionality. Instead, with

HTML, web users can create and structure sections, paragraphs, and links using elements, tags, and

attributes. The proponent will use HTML as the main structure of the page.

Cascading Style Sheets, fondly referred to as CSS, is a simple design language intended

to simplify the process of making web pages presentable. CSS handles the look and feel part of a web

page. Using CSS, you can control the color of the text, the style of fonts, the spacing between paragraphs,

how columns are sized and laid out, what background images or colors are used, layout designs, variations

in display for different devices, and screen sizes as well as a variety of other effects. The proponents use

CSS to design the system.

JavaScript is a dynamic programming language that's used for web development, web

applications, game development, and lots more. It allows you to implement dynamic features on web pages
52

that cannot be done with only HTML and CSS. The proponents use javascript as the behavior of the

components that exist in the system.

Back End

Laravel is an open-source PHP framework, which is robust and easy to understand. It

follows a model-view-controller design pattern. Laravel reuses the existing components of different

frameworks which helps in creating a web application. The web application thus designed is more

structured and pragmatic. The proponents use the laravel (PHP framework) programming language as the

server-side of the web page.

MySQL is an Oracle-backed open-source relational database management system

RDBMS based on Structured Query Language SQL. MySQL runs on virtually all platforms, including Linux,

UNIX, and Windows. Although it can be used in a wide range of applications, MySQL is most often

associated with web applications and online publishing. The proponents use MySQL to access the

database of the system that develops.

In this phase, the testing will conduct on the program to ensure the structure doesn't have some

issue and the components function also. The proponents will ensure the functions that will match the

requirements and the system design. After testing the components and the structure of the program it will

go to the deployment phase.

Implementation

In this phase, the implementation once the functional and non-functional of the program is

complete on testing, the program will deliver to the client. The proponents will assist the respondent on the

program setup in the respondent's environment and guide them on how the program works.
55

CHAPTER IV

RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS

Results by phase of the Study

The findings and outcomes of the study are discussed in this chapter, which is based on the objectives

of the study.

The primary objective of the researcher that aim is to provide a connection to the alumni users that will

enable them to communicate with each other. The proponents develop functionality in the system to

provide communications, to each alumni user through private and public chats of the system. The private

chat is composed of only two persons, while the public chat is for everyone. EVSU Tanauan campus

alumni management system has proven the specific objectives that provide communication to connect with

other EVSU-TC alumni seniors. Where they can input their messages in the chat box. It has a one-to-one

conversation. And also, a one-to-many conversation.

4- 3. Admin Chat Section.

56

In this phase, the alumni user can send messages in the public chat. And the alumni user can view

the other messages of the other alumnus. The alumni user can also post an announcement but it will verify

first by the admin if the post is reliable.

Figure 4- 10. Alumni User Public Chat Section.

In this phase the alumni user can send messages to another alumni user.
57

Figure 4- 12. Alumni Personal Chat Section.

58

The objectives of the researchers aim to provide, is to track the EVSU Tanauan Campus Alumni users,

about their current employment status. The proponents develop functionality that will enable monitoring of

the summary reports current employment status.

This system has also a tracking record of the employment status of the EVSU-TC alumni seniors. It

shows in the dashboard of the system the summary of the employment status. It allows viewing the total

number of registered alumni, employed and working at EVSU TC alumni seniors. It is only viewed by the

admin.

Figure 4- 5. Data Analysis Section.

59

The objectives of the researchers aim to provide a system that is capable to maintain over years

and preserve the information of the EVSU-TC institution and the alumni users. The proponents develop a

functionality that will monitor and validate the posts of the users by the administrator to avoid malicious

information posted by the alumni users.

In this part, the admin will see all the reports of the post of the alumni user posted, and the admin

responsible to validate the post of the user if it is valid or reliable. If it is valid, it can be posted on the

dashboard. However, if it is not valid it will decline by the admin.

Figure 4- 4. Post Validation Section.

60

This system secures the data inside the system through database security. This refrains the users from

unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of data inside the system. The system only offers

SysAdmin as an authorized user who can manipulate the data on the system to avoid security breaches.

Figure 4- 8. System Logs Section.

61

CHAPTER V

SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Summary

The information system for communication with alumni embodies one of many ways how university

can keep tracking with its graduates. It involves communication between university and its graduates. The

system also should collect actual information about working experience of graduates, which can improve

faculty credits and teaching process. The presented information system includes all these points and

focuses on usability and comfortable user interface. The aim of this project is to build an Alumni of Eastern

Visayas State University Tanauan Campus online dashboard, it is intended to manage especially the

Alumni. The project mange the fresh as well as old graduate students with their respective information in

actively participating in making registering, searching, managing the alumni information for sharing their

expertise, network, jobs opportunities and resources. This participation has evolved into multiple

dimensions; and is now eager to formally enter into the domain of mentorship to students through a regular

program. Alumni registration management system (Alumni Dashboard) is a step towards this, creating

multidimensional interactions between current and past students of Eastern Visayas State University

Tanauan Campus.

This system provides validation in user post it can be filter if the post of the user is valid and

reliable. And it is the responsible of the admin for validating of the user post.

This system validates user posts, and it may be filtered to see if the user's post is legitimate and

dependable. It is also the admin's obligation to validate the user's post.

62

This system validates user posts and allows them to be filtered to see if they are authentic and

trustworthy. It is also the administrator's job to verify the user's post. It also applies to the system's ability to

correct users who use offensive language.

Conclusions

As the study objective is to provide communication that will connect other EVSU Tanauan Campus

alumni seniors. The researcher develops a function in the system that enables the communication between

school EVSU Tanauan Campus and Alumni seniors using the chat function in the system. The system

provided public and private chats for them. The second objective that the researcher aims to fulfil is to track

the EVSU Tanauan Campus users about their employment status. The researchers created a function in

the system that will generate summary reports about the employment status of the alumni users and

categorize them into unemployment and employed. The third objective that the researchers aim to fulfil is to

provide a system that is capable to maintain over years and preserve the information of the EVSU Tanauan

Campus institution and the alumni users. The researcher offers to monitor the program every month to

ensure the program works well and to prevent the malicious program from the system.

Recommendations

After analyzing all over the whole research, the researcher suggested recommendations for the future

researchers:

1. The researcher recommends adding additional functionality such as; video conferencing to the

system that will enable to hold face-to-face meetings without having to move to a single location

together.

2. The researcher recommends to the future researchers to put into the system functionality that

when the job hiring post is created by the one alumni user posted, when the alumni user is willing
63

to apply for the job, applicants can easily upload the requirements and documents needed in the

job description.

3. The researcher recommends to the future researchers is to put additional functionality that will

enable to see a photo gallery for every batch of graduates to remember their memories in the

institution.
