decision making and is also aimed at self and has good control.

3. Krishna Maheshwari: Left hand batsmen (WK)

Krishna is a key team player. He plays for the team not for his personal records. He is a
confident young man who inspires people of his age. He is self-controlled and appreciates
other who performed good.

4. RK Bishnoi: Left Hand opener batsmen

I choose RK because he is a hard worker with good skills. He is also eager to learn and is also
enthusiastic about his future in this sport.

5. Rawal Suthar: Right hand Batsmen

Rawal is always positive. He brings the positive vibes and is also a cool-headed person and
we can rely on him under pressure full situations. He lacks coordination. His skills are also
good.

6. Sunil kumar: all rounder

Sunil has the ability to adapt to any situation which is an essential part of being an all-
rounder. He works good under pressure and is also goal-driven. He is patient when it comes
to teaching and thus is a great example for the young generation.

7. Goli Singh: Bowler (spinner)

He empowers the team and is also a skilful player. He is pretty ok under pressure. His main
goal is to keep the spirits of his teammates high during the game. He also fights until the last
second.

8. Manipal: fast Bowler & good batman

Mahipal is the best bowler. He is very competitive and is result driven. He is confident,
patient and a hard-worker. He is introverted. Thus, he speaks less and is also hard to
approach.

9. Akash DK : Bowler (fast bowler)

AKHAK is self-driven. He is innovative and is also cool headed. He is very good at analysing
the situation. He is confident and is also one of the players on the pitch.

10. Kamal Dhiran: Bowler (fast bowler)

Kamal Dhiran is the guy who follows the order given very promptly. He is the new member
of the team. He has a very good sense of the game situation and knows what is good for him
and his teammates at any given situation.

11. Lochan: bowler (Spinner)

Lochan has the winning spirit. He is always on the lookout for opportunities and is a good
team player. He is the first to agree whatever decision the captain comes up with and is also
one of the best strategists in the team.

12. shahid Ali: All-rounder

He goes out of his way to make sure that people around him are comfortable. He is a good
bowler and is an excellent communicator. He is extremely competitive and is also ready to
give out his opinion to any of the team meetings.
In this team there are 4 batsman, 1 wicket keeper and 4 bowlers and 3 all-rounders (total
players are 12). The reason why I selected all this 12 people is because they are the best
players when I conducted a team match and if someone injured in game then my team have
12th player so, I can easily replace with them. And also, they are very well at their batting
skills and bowling skills when compared to other players.

Teams, in general, are formed when a set of people have the same objectives/goals and are
willing to work towards it. Groups are formed by many different methods and there are
different types of groups/teams. It is important to have the synergy between the team
members in order to accomplish the goals efficiently and effectively.
