INTERNET ADITTION:

Is it becoming unhealthy?

There isn’t a secret that the internet has brought us many positive things, we can all agree with
that; It help us communicate, benefits business, give us knowledge and many other good things.

The Internet can be a double-edged sword, especially for those who are not old enough to be on
the Internet.

Although we mentioned many positive things about the Internet, we cannot ignore the fact that
there are many reasons why we should set a limit to the time we spend online.

It's good to know that the Internet is becoming more accessible to everyone, but in my opinion,
spending too much time online has decreased the quality time with family and friends.

In addition, there are applications such as TikTok that cause people to lose their time and stop
doing physical activities, which can cause obesity.

In conclusion spending time in the internet isn’t something negative but it is important to set time
limits to not neglect important activities such as school, work and health.
