Project Proposal: RAMAHDAN AWARENESS TALK 2023

1.0 OBJECTIVE
1.1 The objective of this paper is to fulfil the CVSKL Foundation’s objectives of raising awareness and
educating CIMB staff about cardiovascular diseases.

1.2 To Collaborate with CIMB Foundation on a CSR programme that benefits both parties.

2.0 INTRODUCTION
2.1 The offsite of the proposal is to organise an awareness programme for CIMB staff during
Ramadhan.

2.2 The offsite of the awareness program aims to achieve the below:
2.2.1 To fulfil CVSKL Foundation objectives of creating and educating general public about
cardiovascular diseases

2.2.2 To educate CIMB staff about the interrelation between gastric problems and
heartburn-related problems during fasting month.

2.2.3 To create a mutual partnership with CIMB Foundation for more collaboration on
future events.

3.0 DETAILS
3.1 The offsite will be held on 18th April 2023 (Tuesday) from 12pm – 2pm (during lunch hour).

3.2 The venue for the offsite is to be held at the CIMB Sentral Auditorium, KL Sentral. This is to
minimise travel and make it convenient for CIMB staff to attend the awareness programme.

3.3 There will be 50 pax of CIMB staff to attend and 1 CVSKL consultant to be involved.

3.4 CIMB Foundation to appoint an emcee for the awareness programme.

3.5 CIMB Foundation to prepare the artwork presentation and distribute it to all CIMB staff.

3.6 CVSKL Foundation to bring a CVSKL marketing representative for marketing purposes at the
Awareness Talk location.

3.7 The detailed itinerary of the awareness programme can be seen at Appendix A.

4.0 PREPARED

CVSKL Foundation to write the CSR awareness talk proposal to CIMB Group Human Resource in regard to
collaboration to organise a CSR awareness talk for CIMB Staff.
