Objectives:
To be able to :
1. Introduce and explain the new format of Item Analysis and TOS
Agendum :
1. Item Analysis and TOS making

The Araling Panlipunan teachers conducted second COP at the Grade 7- Faith room at exactly 1:00
p.m . The meeting was started with a prayer led by teacher Jessalyn M. Ansale.
Sir Jerwin C. Piedros as Araling Panlipunan moderator, presided the meeting and presented the
agendum to be discussed. During the meeting, teacher Robinesa Alob helped us teachers on how to make
the new format of Table of Specifications( TOS) and the new formula of making the item analysis. She
elaborated us that the new format of the TOS and item analysis were obviously different with what we have
used last school year 2020-2021. She also added that this formula she introduced to us was more
convenient and more easy to use rather than last school year. During the aforesaid session, teacher Quennie
C. Caitom was not able to attend since the grade school teachers will be having a separate session together
with Sir Gilbert J. Conde- Academic Coordinator regarding on how to use an Item analysis and TOS for
Grade School Department.

We officially adjourned the meeting with a closing prayer led by teacher Jessalyn Ansale at exactly
1:30 pm.
