Discuss three (3) benefits of diversity in the tourism and hospitality workplace.

The benefits of diversity in the tourism and hospitality workplace is first, we have
Improve Customer Service. Having a diverse employees to the workplace will enable
you to face different guests regardless where they came from. You will have an
opportunity to have an edge over the competitions, if you are able to understand them,
then you can give your utmost service to them. Handling guests needs are very
necessary in the tourism and hospitality sector, facilitating cross-cultural communication
will surely give guests a positive experience to your organization. Second is, Improve
Productivity. Working in a diverse workplace in the Tourism and Hospitality industry is a
great opportunity to maximize your productivity. Since you are working in a diverse
environment, it will allows you to adapt new ideas and processes. In which, you will be
introduced to a diverse talents and range of skills among employees that will bring you
new perspectives, while also increases productivity leading to a profitable company.
Lastly, is it Increases Creativity. In a diverse workplace, it will introduce you to a set of
diverse cultures and backgrounds as it will create you the opportunity to increase your
creativity. Since, you will be working with different people, they can share you their
knowledge and give you solutions in terms of the workplace dilemma that will enable
you to develop creativity in making workable solutions to problems.
