Old Business
● Spring Roadside Dates
○ March 18th/April 22nd
■ We are keeping April 22nd. Those who can not attend will submit an excuse form
ASAP.
● Birthdays
○ Signs for April Birthdays
■ Ms. Summers

■ Senior King
■ Mr. Poore
■ Mrs. Porcho
● Sucker Sales
○ We have 2 bags left to sell.
○ Please turn in money to Dr. Cooper ASAP
■ Due date for money is April 26th (our next meeting)

● Due to the myriad of time consuming issues (obtaining insurance, permits, etc.), we will not be
holding the yard sale this year. Dr. Cooper is working on getting all the necessary paperwork in
order so we will be ready to go next year without issue.

New Business
● Upcoming Election Details
Proposed Dates for Elections (Rhyder concerned about missing DE on Monday &
Wednesday, but feels as though being 20 mins late might be okay..he definitely needs to
go first in the speaking order)

● April 3rd-Student Council applications will be available for pickup on the main school website or
in the black hanging file on Dr. Cooper’s door.
● April 4th-April 14th- Students may campaign.
● April 17th- Applications and speeches are due by 3:00pm to Dr. Cooper.
● April 18th- All candidates must meet in the auditorium to practice speeches. This is mandatory.
Practice will last from 3:00pm-4:30pm. If you cannot attend, then you will not be allowed to run.
Please take care of your transportation arrangements now. You will need to bring a copy of your
speech with you and make sure you follow speech guidelines that are listed in this packet.
● April 24th- Rising 10th Grade speeches and Executive Council speeches are given during
STORM.
● April 25th- Rising 11th Grade speeches and Executive Council speeches are given during
STORM.
● April 26th- Rising 12th Grade speeches and Executive Council speeches are given during
 STORM.
● April 28th- Announce the newly elected officers
