Research Assistant, Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK,
1979-1982: Operation Officer, First Lieutenant, Chinese Marine
Corps, Taiwan, Republic of China
• Education: Ph.D. from Rice University in Environmental
Engineering Specializing in Design and Construction Engineering
and Project Management.
