End of Activity Assessment- Rating is 4--- indicates that majority of

participants are well informed and participated actively on the said event.

Narrative Report:

Mabuhay Elementary School successfully conducted the “War on Drugs

seminar” on November 24, 2022 at Mabuhay Elementary School, Sitio Mabuhay,
Brgy. Marilog, Davao City. It was participated by students, teaching and non-
teaching staff of Mabuhay Elementary School respectively.
