FAQ

➢ You only give digital card or printed too?

➢ We only deal in digital card, but you can print our
deliverable files from your side.

➢ We have to pay advance?

➢ Yes, We request to pay full amount.
~ If your order value is grater than 5k then you can
do 50% advance and rest after first draft.
➢ For Indian customer: Google Pay. Paytm, PhonePe,
NEFT, IMPS, Cash Deposit
➢ For International: Paypal, Wise, Remitly

➢ Can we change complete design after order?

➢ If we haven’t started your work then yes, else you
have to pay for the work we have completed.
➢ In video & Caricature we don’t change complete
theme compare to our pre discussion. So you have to
pay extra if you change choice after draft.

➢ What if function postpone, and need to change the

date, time, venue etc?
✓ In future you have to change something in content
then we don’t charge extra for that.
✓ In future, If you want to change design then extra
charge.

➢ Do you provide RAW / Open files of design?

➢ No, If you want to print then you can get printout from
files which we will sent you. But we don’t give the
open / RAW files
