    MODIFICATION WORKS CONTRACT

    To : Mr. Abdilhakim Abdurajad / Engr Mansul Andang

    Subject : MODIFICATION WORKS LABOR COST

    Location : ZONE 2A CALLE SAN ISIDRO,MERCEDES

    Dear Sir:

    We are formally submitting herewith our labor lumpsum cost offer of the
    following modification works:

    Stair Modification = P 17,000

    Gate Footing Tie Beam = P 11,900

    Main Entrance Front Modification = P 35,700

    Modification Works shall be in exchange of:

    A.) Your company will pay the amount of (P 64,600.00pesos) for the Labor Cost
    the modification works as listed above.

    B.) Down payment of P 30,000.00 pesos must be given before the start day of
    modification works.

    C.) And for the balance payment of P 34,600.00 pesos shall be given by
    progress accomplishment of the said modification works.

    Note:
    **All materials such as cement, rebars, sand, gravel etc. that will be required for the
    completion of modification works shall be supplied by the Owner.

    **All tools and equipment shall be provided by the Contractor.
