budget and apply appropriate solutions.
• Reviews monthly financial performance of the company and prepares
detailed analysis of the variances.
• Strictly implement hotel policies on cash, inventories, purchasing, and
personnel matters.

October 2001 RESIDENT MANAGER – As Resident Manager of the biggest hotel in
Ifugao Province, led the successful sales and promotions of the hotel by
attending local and international travel marts thus improving the financial
conditions of the hotel. Hands on and work by example for the delivery of
excellent and quality service to the guests. Conducted regular meetings in
order to reduce the operational costs and eliminate avoidable costs.
