AIR-CONDITIONING & MECHANICAL VENTILATION SERVICES

All quantities are provisional & subject to site measurement.

The prices quoted below shall be for supply, handling, installation,
testing and commissioning of all ACMV services complete with all
the accessories and ancillary equipment strictly in accordance to
the specification and drawings.

6.0 FRESH AIR

6.0.1 Supply, handling and installation of the Fresh Air Fan (FAF) c/w L.S. L.S. 52,000.00
rod hanger, damper and all necessary accessories as required
to complete the system as per specification and drawings.

6.0.2 Supply, handling and installation of the sheet metal ductworks L.S. L.S. 51,500.00
comply with SMACNA requirement c/w closed-cell insulation,
acosutic lining within 3m from the FAF, hangers and support
brackets and all necessary accessories to complete the system
as per specification and drawings.

6.0.3 Supply, handling and installation of exhaust grill equipment L.S. L.S. 24,000.00
including dampers and all necessary accessories to
complete the system as per specification and drawings.

6.0.4 Supply, handling and installation of all electrical power and controls L.S. L.S. 12,000.00
wirings (inclusive of fire rated as required) in trunkings or conduit
and all necessary accessories connected to FAF-1, FAF-2 & FAF-3 as
per specification and drawings.

6.0.5 Complete Testing & Commissioning for the whole installation L.S. L.S. 3,000.00
