1.) LEGARDE: Good afternoon, Sir Vince.

Before we begin, we’d like to thank you for

sharing your knowledge and experiences in research with us, that we were able to come
up with our own study proposal and get to this point where we could share it with
others. Thank you. To begin, we would like to introduce ourselves once again. I am
Czarina Alimajen Legarde, I am Edwin Ligue Jr. … (pakilala isa isa) (pause)
2.) LIGUE: We’d like to propose a study about the: Maguindanaons’ Search and
Experience of Comfort in Times of Covid-19 Pandemic
3.) LEGARDE: The covid-19 pandemic has put every one of us through a variety of trying
circumstances. Now, the questions arise. How did the Maguindanaon people live at the
time? Compared to ours, were they different? How did they feel, and what did it look
like? Through this study, we will be able to learn more about them and find our
answers.
4.) LIGUE: (Basahin ang gen problem) This study seeks to explore the search and
experience of comfort of the Maguindanaons in times of COVID-19 pandemic.
5.) CALIGDONG: Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions:
6.) TANCIO: What kind of lifestyle and struggles did Maguindanaons have during the
Covid-19 pandemic?
7.) CALIGDONG: What efforts have Maguindanaons made to meet their needs during
the Covid-19 pandemic?
8.) TANCIO: How did the Maguindanaons find comfort and cope with their problems in
the outbreak of Covid-19?
9.) LEGARDE: What kind of lifestyle and struggles did Maguindanaons have during the
Covid-19 pandemic?
10.) LIGUE: A lifestyle is the manner of life of an individual or community. Several of us
were compelled to live very different lives during the pandemic.
11.) MODELO: We have to change a variety of things, including how we interact with
one another, go about our daily lives, even how we eat and dress.
12.) CALIGDONG: Was the Maguindanaons' way of life the same as it was prior to the
COVID-19 epidemic, or did they experience significant changes to their way of life like
the rest of us? How did it feel for them?
13.) TUNGGAYAN: What efforts have Maguindanaons made to meet their needs during
the Covid-19 pandemic?
14.) ZAPANTA: It’s not uncommon to hear people complain about the lack of resources
during the pandemic. We faced great economic crisis.
15.) DELARMENTE: Some people were hoarding goods. Some did not have the right
resources to continue on with their lives the normal way.
16.) PERICON: A good way to explore this issue is to ask, “How were the Maguindnaons
able to meet their needs during the covid-19 pandemic? What efforts did they make to
survive?”
17.) AMBAS: How did the Maguindanaons find comfort and cope with their problems in
the outbreak of Covid-19?
18.) MUTIN: The impact of the pandemic was felt in every area of our lives. Our habits,
social relationships, physical and mental health, and surroundings have all changed.
19.) DALANDA: We need an adjustment and adaptation in order to live. In order to keep
a balance in our well-being and retain our sanity during such times, it was a natural
impulse to look for comfort.
20.) CATABIJAN: Every one of us has experienced the need to find consolation. How did
the Maguindanaons do this? What coping techniques did they employ to deal with the
issues they encountered?
21.) TANCIO: How, in the midst of everything that transpired, did they manage to
maintain their lives? How did they get comfort? And how did they feel afterwards? In
this study, we want to learn more about those things.
22.) LIGUE: The purpose of this research is to explore the aforementioned areas.
23.) LEGARDE: In conclusion, we wanted to learn more about the Maguindanaons' daily
lives and get a sense of what life was like for them during the Covid-19 outbreak.
24.) PERICON: Once again, the title of this study is "Maguindanaons' Search and
Experience of Comfort in Times of Covid-19 Pandemic
