Subject: The Teacher and the Community, School Culture, and Organizational Leadership

1. Expectation from the subject

My expectation from this subject based from its course title The Teacher and the Community,
School Culture, and Organizational Leadership, it is related to what our society all about. This
subject might consist philosophies, gender equality, culture deference’s, values, politics and
leadership that the teacher must implies to their students to mold their understanding related to
the society. We might encounter challenging thought, goals and moral lesson in this subject. Moral
perspective and values in life is also expected from this subject, yet teachers are the best tools that
the students will horn their deepest views about the society. As for my expectation from our
instructor, that he will help us to broaden our knowledge about society conflicts and provide more
information and examples of what is being taught, make the context clear through personal
examples or through convincing first-hand stories embodying the subject lessons to improve our
views and be able to understand his lessons easily, as well that he can provide us the opportunity to
learn and gasp the topics in this subject in a way that I can understand, as well as providing enough
feedback on my abilities so that I can use what I’ve learned and reach my objective in particular
lesson.

2. What I want to know more from the subject

What I want to learn about this subject is the basic ideas, methods and strategies on how to apply
the knowledge that I can get from this subject to real life situations and problem in both school and
community, from the viewpoint of someone that can solve any problem. I am looking forward to
have good learning experience and to get a lot of knowledge in this field that I may use for my
future goals, on how to handle issues and concerns resulting from conflicts concerning school
problems, to the community and school leadership, hence this subjects also includes values and
behavior, beliefs of people that provide stability and order in society and therefore must be
strengthened in schools. I am hoping that this subject would be a big help for us in the future, to
obtain what knowledge, skills, values and attitudes must be applied to address those concerns. Also,
I want to learn more from our instructor’s perspective in this subject and eagerly to learn a lot from
him
