    OFFICE OF THE PUNONG BARANGAY

    OFFICE ORDER NO. 01


    Series of 2020

    After all roads has been regained for public use by virtue of Memo-Circular 2019-121
    dated July 29, 2019 by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) the
    following offices are hereby directed to maintain the sustainability of all roads subjected
    to clearing. To wit:

    OFFICE FUNCTION
    1. Barangay Tanod All roads within the yellow lines must be
    at all times free from traffic and illegal
    parking and that all signages must be
    always in place.
    2. Committee on Agriculture Cleanliness of all roads subject for
    clearing must be well maintained seven
    (7) days a week.
    3. Committee on Infrastructure All damages of the roads subjected for
    clearing especially sidewalks and
    drainage must be given outright
    rehabilitation and maintenance.
    4. Punong Barangay To attend to all matters relative to the
    road clearing needing legal opinion.

    So ordered.
