You can also enjoy the view of the snow covered mountains and the taking off and landing of the 05:00 - 08:00 Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal seaplanes. There's also the Pacific Hotel together with the convention center that never short of functions and activities. Overall the cruise port seem to be quite efficient, affectively moved people to where they needed to be, and had plenty of constables directing traffic! Built to look like a ship, this iconic complex houses a convention centre, hotel & ferry terminal. This is an amazing place to witness the scenic view of Vancouver. One of the best places that should be a must when you visit Vancouver. It's just breathtaking. The combination of the mountains, nature, ocean, and the skyscrapers is amazing. Also, there are many restaurants and fast food 08:00 - 10:00 Canada Place places nearby. The view at night was really beautiful. We went there during Christmas time. The lights are so colourful. Really Beautiful place to just walk around. There are beautifully decorated trees around and outside the Canada Place. Nice window Christmas scenes. One of the must see place at night. Loved the Beautiful decorations for Christmas! Great place to see Vancouver downtown area. Originally constructed to serve the pacific railway now is home to two of the skyline trains and the west coast express. Easy to access to Canada line station, to king George, to surrey, seabus to Northvan, express train. 10:00 - 10:30 Waterfront Station Bars and restaurants across the area and mini convenient store. Built over one hundred years ago to handle transcontinental trains, it has renaissanced into a twenty-first century transit. Will take the Subway Expo Line to the Downtown. Chinatown is known for its buzzing food scene, which includes traditional Asian bakeries, dim sum restaurants and hip cocktail bars. Jars of ginseng and dried fish line the shelves of old-school apothecaries, while Chinese 10:30 - 13:00 Chinatown groceries stocked with live seafood and exotic vegetables share the streets with indie fashion shops. Get lunch in East Pender street Chinese restaurant and visit Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden. Interactive science displays & films for kids from toddlers to early teens, inside a geodesic dome. High levels of engagement and interactivity for kids, and chock-full of well presented science facts for all. 2 and under were free which was nice but it is over $30 per adult. What a wonderful place for children and adults 13:00 - 17:30 Science World alike. Easily accessible by transit, bike or car. Incredible variety of activities - loved that it was very hands-on. Children can touch and manipulate almost everything. Bring your snacks, foods or they have a snack bar and restaurant inside. More activities can also be found outside - including a playground. Going back to the Waterfront Station by Expo Line 17:30 - 18:00 Waterfront Station subway. Dinner and farewell – Sushi & sustainable seafood are served in a sophisticated setting with a patio & water views. An amazing dining experience in downtown Vancouver with some of the best sushi. Gorgeous views 18:00 - 20:00 Miku Vancouver of Vancouver harbor, beautifully decorated interior and comfortable seating. Service is fast and friendly. The food is incredible. All of the fish was extremely fresh and prepared well. Perfect dining experience.
