ABOUT THE COMPETITION:-

Photography is a story which we fail to put into words. Indeed, life is like photography,
you need the negatives to develop. After a long year of online classes and being confined
to your rooms and studies, we at IIITN are up with the ABHIVYAKTI’s Picart
Competition.
So, take some time off and poise yourself to snap the dazzling pictures and showcase
your photography skills to the world.
COMPETITION PROCESS AND RULES:-

Registration fee required - 50 INR.

The competition will be conducted for 2 days.

1. The whole contest would be conducted on Picart Instagram page.

2. A google form will be floated to register for the contest. Subsequently, a Whatsapp
group will be created for the participants for further updates.

3. Participants need to upload 1-2 photographs for the contest, which will be posted
on instagram page. They will be posted in one post, not separately.

4. The event is open for students from all colleges across the country.

5. The photographs must contain the original EXIF metadata information and the
photograph size must not exceed 40MB.

6. Basic editing, including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the
photographs is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the
authenticity and/or genuineness of the photographs.

7. Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and

the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited.

8. Photographs must and should be copyrighted. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.

9. Participants will be announced as winners of the event based on more likes on

their post on our event's Instagram page. The number of likes will not be counted
once the deadline passes.
