1.0 PURPOSE

The purpose of this proposal is to fulfill the requirement of assessment for Event Management
subject (PMG3144) offered to program Diploma in Sports Management (BS101) at Kolej Poly
Tech Mara (KPTM) Bangi. This proposal is intentionally prepared in order to educate students
to think creatively and critically in coordinating an event.

2.0 BACKGROUND

This event is named Trickster Freestyle Challenge is a program that will be conducted by
the student Sports Management (BS101). This program is implemented to ensure that
students can highlight their freestyle football talents and creativity in producing videos.
Freestyle Football is put simply, the art of doing tricks with a football. Anyone scratching
the surface, however, will soon discover that it is way more for freestylers today, the
discipline is an art form, a sport, and a lifestyle. 

It’s difficult to pinpoint the exact moment in time where freestyle truly began. Over 2,000
years ago, games such as Chinlone, Jianzi and Sepak Takraw in Southern and South
East Asia all embraced many skills that relate directly to the art and sport as we know it
today in the West, disciplines such as the Greek Episkyros also paved. The organization
of this program is not only for entertainment but what is important is the knowledge of
creative video that can be applied among students when editing videos.

3.0 OBJECTIVES

Students are expected to accomplish the following goals before the end of the event:
1. Improve and master the intricate fine motor skill required
2. Improve the efficiency and accuracy of action
3. Fill your free time with worthwhile things

4.0 GROUP TARGET

This event is targeted at all freestyler, football and futsal player to achieve the objectives
of this event. Apart from that, it is hoped that such a program can rekindle the glory of
sports at all KPTM Branch, Bangi College.
5.0 DATE, TIME AND VENUE
The following is the schedule for this event:

6.0 METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES

1.0 On 1st January before this event been started, all the work committee will create
new Instagram page only for this event that has been named as Trickster Challenge and
all work committee start begin with the promoting and advertising the poster of the
event to the public. We have been promote in @tricksterchallenge account and all work
committee also promote the event in their all own intagram account to increase follower
for @tricksterchallenge instagram account. We also try contact some of freestyler in
Malaysia to promote our event to the freestyler community.

2.0 On 15th January the registration will begin in two days till 16th January.
Participant will fill up the registration form that will given by work committee. The
form create by us to easy manage the participant data. After the registration we will
invite all the participant in a whatsapp group to easy communicate and explain the rules
of the competition

3.0 On 17th January till 21st January the partipant have been given 4 days to record
and edit the video. The video must show participant talent in football freestyle. The
participant must edit the video and create a creative video to win the hearts of fans and
judges.

4.0 22nd January before 12 PM is a deadline date for trickster challenge. All
participant need to post their creative video in own instagram reel and follow the rules
that work committee post in whatsapp group. From this Instagram page and whatsapp
group. We will update every details from time to time about our event. The participants
will send their video on a reels with own participants instagram account and tag our
instagram page to our notice the video and use specific hashtag #TRICKSTER

5.0 In the meantime, the working committee will repost the participant video at
instagram story @tricksterchallenge to other have a sneak peek and all participant get to know
each other even this is online competition. The participant can reminded their fans and friend
to give support and like.We will also repost all the video on our instagram page Trickster
Challenge for the work committee gets every detail about our participants and we got to
choose the winner with precaution and fair decision for all.

6.0 On 28th January work committee will start a research and evaluation to
 identify creative and talented winner. An interesting, talent and creative video also
fulfill all the terms that needed will be chosen by our committee. Then we will post a
poster on our instagram feed to announce to show as evidence and display to all.

7.0 Other than that, we will make a poll on our instagram story. We will post
every video that had been send. So the others can choose their favorite video and it
will help us on deciding the winner

8.0 On the closing day of the event, 5th January the activity will be started by a
little briefing of our event to give more information about the event that had been done
by us. Other that, the sponsor also will give some speech for this event. The program
director will be announce the winner for trickster freestyle challenge and the winner
also will give some minutes to talk about the experience joining this event and the
journey that their going thru.
