Part I: Checking of attendance
Agendum 1: The adviser discussed the different methods of learning modality. They have the choice to
select what methods of learning their student would choose.

1. Parents are the only one who can receive the modules. They should always follow the safety health
protocol when entering the campus.
2. Parents are asked if how many students have already took 1st and 2nd dose of vaccine.

Agendum 4:
1. The adviser explain the previous projects from the previous school year.
2. The adviser propose that the homeroom project is curtains for windows and chalkboard. AS well as
funds for beautification of the classroom.
3. The majority agreed that the amount per student is P30.00 only.
4. The deadline is on the end of the 2nd quarter.
