Php) from Green Fields Integrated School of Laguna in cash for the payment in coaching the
Cheer Dance Competition for the 7th Founding anniversary of the aforementioned institution.

 PARENT’S ORIENTATION FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION IN
GREEN FIELDS INTEGRAED SCHOOL OF LAGUNA

DATE AND TIME: JUNE 13, 2019 (THURSDAY) 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

OBJECTIVES: This parent orientation was conducted to

 Build rapport or good teacher-parent relationship;

 Introduce the system, facilities and administration to our dear parents;
 Inform the parents on how they will be informed in regards to their
child’s progress.
In order to introduce the institution to the parents as well as discuss some matters, Green
Fields Integrated School of Laguna, headed by our principal Ms. Ellah Marie V. Ballo, together
with the Academic Coordinator, Department Head and Prefect of Discipline namely Mr.
Ronjhun Maravilla, Mr. Blande Baisa Jr., Mr. Gerald Palicte and also with the teaching and
administration staff last June 13, 2019, Thursday.

This assembly was held to discuss the following:

1. Introduction of Faculty and Staff

2. Facilities and Proper Wearing of Uniform
3. Attendance and Early Dismissal
4. Clinic Rules
5. Guidance Rules
6. Canteen Rules
7. Library Rule
8. On line Portal
9. RFID
10. Other Important Matters
In this meeting, it was majorly favored that in terms of bringing the gadgets of the students,
they must consider the written rule in their student handbook. No gadgets are allowed to be
brought in the campus or if it is needed in the subject, a letter or a written note must be
accompanied. Failure to obey this would be subject for a disciplinary action from the prefect
of discipline.

In addition, there was also an open forum between teachers and parents wherein they were
free to ask questions a regarding to the agenda’s that had been discussed. There were many
questions raised by parents that were answered well by the school staffs. The meeting was
ended ensuring that all matters that have been tackled and agreed was fully understand by
the concerned subjects of this meeting, and was hoping for positive outcomes.
