    LGN – COMMUNITY KEY POINTS

    1. Reports
    a. LGNs – Submitted by: Network Heads
    b. Bible Studies – Will still be counted as Life Groups but will be reported by
    Community MIS.

    2. LGNs
    a. Additional Members to be determined by LGN Leadership
    i. LGN Leadership Comprised of:
    1. Life Group Network Coordinator
    2. Life Group Network Heads
    3. Membership
    a. Requirements:
    i. PIS (Completed)
    ii. Either/or:
    1. 16 instances of the required attendance within the period (any
    church activity).
    2. Attend membership class and signed a Membership Covenant
    Form.
    3. Formally signify his/her intention to become a JIL member and
    signed MCF.
    4. Water Baptism
    b. Basis: Official List from MIS

    4. AFTER 3 Months (May)


    a. LGLs will no longer be included in our monthly reporting for attendance

    5. Alignment Meetings
    a. Network-Wide (Held every 2nd Sunday of the Month)
    i. Evaluation per Life Group
    ii. Re-alignment to LGN Vision through:
    1. Q and A
    2. Sharing (Briefing/De-briefing)

    b. Department-Wide (Held every 4th Sunday of the Month)


    i. Agenda:
    1. Evaluation per Network
    2. Promotion/Division Deliberations
    3. Presentation of Reports per Network
