We, Honda Vietnam Company would like to thank all the partners who have trusted and
cooperated with us during the past time.

Honda motorcycles have dominated the Vietnamese market with beautifully designed models,
durable and fuel-efficient engines that are suitable for the majority of consumers. Along with that,
Honda motorbikes are easy to operate, maintenance and repair costs are also lower than other
brands of motorbikes and especially Honda motorbikes when reselling are less depreciated.

This document we want to inform to the distributors of Honda motorcycles in Vietnam because
the new import tax system has just been applied. Therefore, our company would like to inform our
customers that the selling price for all motorcycle models will be increased by 15% from June 1,
2023.

We hope that customers understand this price increase and will continue to support the products
of Honda Vietnam Company.

According to the contract signed between the R&D Center Edu House (THE) and the University
of the United Kingdom (UKES) on the implementation of a research project and examines the
relationship between financial literacy and student choice. at the undergraduate and graduate level.
We have provided a full report as agreed and specified in the contract. Representatives of both
sides have accepted and signed the Handover Minute on March 26, 2023

According to the terms of Payment, this contract is paid in 3 installments:


Phase 1: 50% of the contract value right after signing
Phase 2: 25% remaining as soon as TEH provides UKES with the preliminary report
Phase 3: all the rest right after TEH provides the complete report

Therefore, UKES party will make payment to THE side 25% of the 3rd installment according to
the contract value within 3 days from the date of signing the Handover and Acceptance Minutes.

Therefore, we recommend that you pay 25% of the 3rd installment of the contract value equivalent
to the amount: £10,000 in accordance with the provisions signed in the previous contract.

due date

Dear Mrs. Mari,

We are sorry that the amount due for the 3rd installment is past due, it is overdue 15
days since signing the test pen and we have notified and reminded to pay but you
have not objected to the letter and have not paid the amount 25% of the contract
value is £10,000 as signed.

Therefore, we expect UKES to pay 25% of the 3rd installment in accordance with

problem you are having.

After checking the tires and wheels, the company discovered that the tires were
cracked due to the improper use of Mr. Khoa's car. Have parked in a position that
damages the tires continuously for a period of 3 months. In the user manual and the
company's compensation regulations, it is stated that the company is only
responsible for problems caused by manufacturing defects. As for problems arising
due to errors in use, the product will not be covered by warranty.
