We have come to the end of the year. First and
foremost, a big thank you to our dear parents for your
continued support throughout the year.
Mr G Machiri - Principal Well done to the students who challenged the ZIMSEC
grade 7 examinations and produced the 100% pass rate.
Congratulations to all our students who have graduated from ECD level to primary
school; and those from primary level to join high school. We wish you the best in your new
academic chapters, and as always to uphold the ethos you have been taught thus far.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.

3 term school reports are being compiled and will be sent out by Friday 9 December via
email, please be reminded that reports will only be sent out to students without any 3 rd term
fees arrears and without any outstanding library books.

• ZIMSEC Grade 7 Results

We are proud to announce that Grade 7 ZIMSEC results are out and ready for collection. We
managed to maintain our 100% pass rate, congratulations to all our Grade 7 class of 2022 and
teaching staff for these outstanding results.

• Change in School Finishing Time for 2023

Effective 1st term 2023, school finishing hours for Grade 3 to 7 will be adjusted from 3:00pm
to 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday) in order to accommodate clubs and sporting activities,
whilst finishing hours for ECD to Grade 2 (Monday to Thursday) remains at 1:00pm.
Friday finishing hours for ECD to Grade 7 will still remain the same (1:00pm)

• 2023 ECD School of Excellence Registration

Kindly note ECD A and B registration is ongoing. To be eligible for registration, prospective
students must have turned 4 (ECD A) and 5 (ECD B) by the 31 st of August for the year of
enrollment.

• School & Bus Passes

1 term 2023 school and bus passes are now available for collection at the school. Please be
reminded that our transport services are limited and seats are offered on a first come first
served basis.

• 1st term 2023 Invoices

1st term 2023 invoices will be sent out on Tuesday 6 December, if you do not receive one via
email by Tuesday end of day you may contact Accounts department on
payments@happyprimaryschool.com. Please be reminded that 1st term 2023 invoices are due
on or before 1st term opening day.
1st term will officially commence on the 9th of January 2022, happy holidays!

Admin Office
Please note that the admin office will be temporarily closed on Monday the 5th
of December but will be open from Tuesday 6 December up to Friday 16
December (excluding weekends) from 7:30am to 1:00pm for pass collection,
payments and enquiries.
