CCC Submission FAQ – Early Bird Prize

1. When is the due date of Early Bird Prize? When is the Final
Deadline for CCC Submission?
• Early Bird Prize – All materials keyed in online or sent by
post have to reach GG Office by the 15th August 2020.
• Final Deadline – All materials keyed in online or sent by
post have to reach GG Office by the 1st September 2020.

2. I want to aim for the Early Bird Prize. Where do I find all the
remaining session videos online so that I can download and
conduct my sessions faster?
• They are in the link: http://tiny.cc/CCCResource under
Online Resources.
• If you plan to do postage delivery, please do so by 10th or
11th August so that it can reach our GG office by 15th
August 2020.

3. I don’t want to aim for the Early Bird Prize. Can my colleagues
and I just take our time to finish everything latest by 1st Sept
2020?
• Yes, you can take your time as long as the deadline is
adhered to.
• If you plan to do postage delivery, please do so by 27th or
28th of August so that it can reach our GG office by 1st
September 2020.

• You can allow your students to complete the post
questionnaires online. Please ensure all of the P5 students are
able to complete the forms. http://tiny.cc/cccpostquests
• You can fill in the teachers journal online.

• Teacher-In-Charge, please key in the total headcount of
Primary 5 students in your school in your Session 6 Online
Teacher Journal Entry to indicate that your school’s Primary 5
students have joined our CCC sessions in 2020.
• Please key in your participating teachers and school name
online here : http://tiny.cc/cccteachersnames
• Prudence Foundation will provide certificates for teachers who
have conducted the sessions in school/online this year based on
the name list.

2. I want to send all of the materials via postage.

• Please inform Joy or Riana by 6th Aug 2020 if you would like
to send the materials via postage.
• You can deliver the hardcopies of pre-post questionnaires,
teacher journal, teacher survey forms and teachers name list to
GG’s office by using the Poslaju Slips provided by GG.

3. I want to submit some forms via postage and some via online. Can I
deliver the hardcopies of the pre-post questionnaires to GG while
my colleagues and I will key in the teacher journals online? I will also
key in the teachers name list online.
• Yes, you can. Please email and update Joy and Riana that you
have delivered ___ via postage and you have keyed-in ___
online.
