A. INTRODUCTION
Effective communication is one of the most essential components of a business. It is a tool for interaction that prevents confusion and increases
effectiveness and productivity. Frustrations may occur if a customer or any employee in a company deals with a person who can be a fellow employee or a
customer service representative who lacks effective communication skills or conversational English skills. Any employee/worker must know the value of
oral communication Effective communication can make or break a company.

The purpose of this module is to enhance the communication skills of trainees to make them more effective and efficient in their jobs.

A. INTRODUCTION
This unit of competency covers the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required in identifying, evaluating and controlling hazards and risks at
