    Minutes of Meeting
    Grade 09 - Dayrit

    Date: February 17, 2023


    Time: 9:30-11:00 a.m.
    Venue: Grade 09-Dayrit

    Proceedings:

    The PTA meeting began with a prayer by the PTA secretary at 9:40 a.m. The adviser then
    declared quorum since 12 out of 17 parents or guardians were present and proceeded with the
    order of the meeting. The awarding of certificates to the honor students was the first item on
    the agenda. They were called their names together with their parents for a photo opportunity.

    The adviser reviewed classroom issues with the parents during the second agenda item.
    He urged parents to spend time with their children and offer guidance when there are issues.
    Giving out report cards and getting parental signatures are the last items on the schedule.
