1.1 The contarctor shall be deemed to have visited and examined the site area and its

2 HOLE EXCAVATION (PROVASIONAL QUANTITIES)

2.1 Rate quotes to include cost to supply of labour, equiption, tools, machinery and
others deem necessary to execute the works as stipulated in contract.

3 SOIL MIXTURES (PROVISIONAL QUANTITIES)

3.1 Rate to include supply all labour, tools, transportation, hoisting, etc and supply of
soil mix to fill excavated hole/pit and ran to height of 4"above the surroundings
for plant materials including trees, shrubs, groundcovers and turfing. (To check
site conditions prior to estimates)

4 STAKING (PROVISIONAL QUANTITIES)

To carry out proper maintanance works which include watering, fertilizing,
pruning, soil loosening, site clearing, pest control and other maintanance works
