Dear Parents,

We are writing regarding our upcoming and wonderful Songkran on Friday 7th April 2023,
(1.15-3.00pm.) This event will be held on the grass football pitch. It is intended to preserve
our Thai cultural heritage and create an opportunity for students to gain experience of a Thai
traditional fair. There will be a variety of activities for students and parents to participate in and
enjoy, such as: pouring Songkran blessing water, Thai craft workshops, Thai street foods, Thai
traditional games and a water fight. All students need to wear a floral-colourful Songkran
t-shirt.

The school is operating a voucher system where your child can exchange a voucher for games
and food. Any money raised will go towards a Round Square charity for use with future projects
including events, charities and foundations in need.

The school will be selling water guns to use in the Regent's Songkran water fight activity
(Optional:50 baht), which are available in two sizes: small (100 baht) and large (150 baht). We
are also selling, “Regent’s Songkran T-shirt” (Optional: 250 baht).

Vouchers will be on sale priced at 25 baht each. Each voucher can be used for: one game,
one food item or one workshop. We advise you to buy vouchers in advance but more will be
available on the day of the event.

If you would like to attend this event and support the student’s community project by purchasing
the T- shirt for your child or yourself, please kindly complete this payment form to the Regent’s
Finance Office.
