The color palette was chosen to ensure that our green apron is the focal point. A small

HAIR AND FACE TOPS

For both men and women, hair MUST be impeccable
and brushed very neatly to keep away from the face.
When possible, hair MUST be neatly combed, clipped
and tied back and kept away from the face.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, faces must be
free of facial hair (stubble, mustache and beards).
Female partners must enhance their appearance with
appropriate use of make-up products including lip stick
or gloss and blush.
Hair and contact lenses and must be kept to natural
colors.
All shirts must cover armpits and mid-section

Collared shirts are mandatory for male partners. Female partners may
deviate from collared shirts given the wide variety of blouse designs.
For Starbucks Reserve partners, collared with 3/4 or full length
sleeve shirts are mandatory for both female and male partners.
BOTTOMS
Pants, shorts, skirts or dresses in black, gray, navy, brown, and khaki (no
whites and no prints/patterns).
Jeans in darker washes and hues only (no light tones) may also be worn.
No higher than 2” above the knee and may not drag on the ground

APRON
FOOTWEAR
Laundered, free of holes, tears, stains, and wrinkle-free apron.
Covers the top of the foot with a closed heel and toe
Worn full-lenght with a clean and smudge free namebadge.
Flat heels
No distractions on the apron.
