Sub: - Office premises being Unit No. ___________ on 3 rd and 4th Floor occupied
by you under Leave & License Agreement dated __________ .

Ref: - Your email dated _______ requesting additional car parking spaces on
provisional basis.

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to the above we hereby would like to inform you that we have
considered your request for additional 15 car parking spaces on provisional
basis as requested by you in your email referred to above.

We confirm that the above said additional 15 car parking spaces on provisional
basis as requested by you (Licensee) shall be provided in the basement of the
building i.e. basement No.3 to 17.

We further state that you (Licensee) will have to pay Rs.8,000/- per month per
car park for additional car parking spaces aggregating a sum of Rs, 1,20,000/-
per month for total 15 number of car parking spaces, subject to that you shall
surrender the said additional car parking spaces as and when demanded by us.

The above arrangement shall be strictly on the condition that you shall not
create any hindrances and/or any dispute while surrendering the said additional
car parking spaces as and when required by us.

The above said arrangement will be effective from today onwards i.e. from
16/09/2013 etc.
