Re: Replace Duplex Storm Sump Pumps in P5

We are pleased to provide this estimate to replace two 15 HP Storm Sump Pumps in Duplex Storm Sump Station in P5 as per engineer's
depreciation report. The existing Storm Sump Pumps in P5 are originally installed in 2003.
This estimate is included labour, materials and equipment to complete the following scope of work.

Scope of Work:

1. Supply and deliver two storm sump pumps make: Myers model: 4VHX150M4-03, 15 HP, 208/3/60, with 50' power cord, 4"
discharge Trim to: 600 USGPM at 50' TDH, Added 22712D012R - 304 SST Wear Rings 4VHX.
2. Supply confined space equipment and hoist in parkade P5.
3. Set up confined space equipment and hoist on the storm sump station in parkade P5.
4. Shut down and isolate storm sump pumps and lock out power.
5. Disconnect the pumps cord from the control panel.
6. Disconnect and remove sump pumps #1 and 2 and remove from sump pit with hoist.
7. Lower the pumps down to the pit with hoist and place on the pump boot.
8. Install the new sump pumps and connect them to exiting pump boots.
9. Install the pump power cords though the exiting conduit and connect them to the control panel.
10. Turn on power to the storm sump station at the panel and test the operation.
11. Commission the operation of both pumps, test rotation, flow rate, voltage and amperage, and reset the control panel.
12. Remove the equipment and hoist and clean up the area of work.
13. Dispose the old pump and debris.

Note:

1. This estimate is not included replacing discharge pipe, pump boot, check valves, floats and any other components of the
sump pump station. Any necessary repair or replacement will be reported with estimate.
2. The area around the storm sump station will be closed to traffic and shall be vacant.
3. Delivery: 16-20 weeks

1. This proposal is valid for 15 days.

2. The estimate is not firm and the cost of any unforeseen maters may apply on the final invoice. 

3. Due to price volatility with current global supply chain challenges and rising material costs these prices can change at any time.
