SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

FINDINGS: Based on the results above, Set in Order needs a constant execution of organizing along all items, remove unnecessary items from the
location, put all necessary items in proper places, and label each item to realize their individual utilization in the workplace. Shining on the other
hand, needs regular operation of assigned individuals to maintain a healthy environment. Cleaning the surrounding and making it a habit of
disposing waste properly is the key to a wholesome workplace.

CONCLUSION: Adherent to the Office 5S, the Set in Order and Shining are interrelated to each other. They both play salient roles in maintaining a
workplace that will produce spectacular outputs. Shining creates a healthy environment that helps the company become efficient and productive,
while Set in Order secures the task to be done accurately with minor errors and scaffolds the staff to achieve goals and objectives.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Implement the Office 5s to organize the workplace and attain consistent results, reduce various forms of waste, improve
productivity, and ensures safety. It builds a quality work environment and helps achieve continuous milestone in performance.
