FINDING AND CONCLUSION

• The study carried out at L&T infotech ltd. Helped out to evaluate the total cycle time by recruiter to
complete the of recruitment process.
• Thus, it was seen that due to variety of reasons the cycle time was delayed and it impacted on sla of each
recruiter.

• The project being an effort to understand the reasons for which the delays happen and records the level of
interview where lagging occurs. Based on the findings of the study suggestions are given & conclusion is
made, which helped recruitment team of L&T infotech to improve the performance level.
RECOMMENDATION

• Ensuring clear training of each recruiter.

• Deciding and registering the time of different portal usage by each recruiter.

• Correct interpretation of jd by the recruiter is necessary, flaw in understanding the client requirement
leads to loss of time.

• Setting more than one recruiter for a senior position and drawing deadlines for the same.

• Trying out an alternative recruiter for the same position.

• Asking continuous feedback from the clients for each candidate in order to save their interest.
