On March 24, 2023, a quarrel broke out inside the school campus,near the Grade 7

Dahlia between two students. The incident occurred during recess period at
approximately 9:30 AM. The argument between the students escalated quickly, and
soon a physical altercation ensued. The students were shouting and pushing each
other, causing chaos and disrupting the peaceful environment of the school.

Prior to the incident, Jimar Cabaluna G10 Newton, pushed and punched Mike Riodel
S. Bordios G10- Newton on his left hip causing slight pain. It all happened when
Jimar saw the explicit photos shown by Rolly Dave Velasquez G10- Newton.

Rolly Dave asked the photos from Karla ( Jashlyn’s friend) through facebook
messenger. The reason of asking the photos was to stop mocking Rolly and Pia
( boyfriend and girlfriend relationship) since the two were accused of dating at the
back of SMAW building. ( unverified) see attached screenshot of FB convo.

2. Spreading of explicit photos through social media. ( owner of the pictures-

The friends of Jashlyn borrowed her cellphone and found photos of them of Mike.
The photos were explicit to be shown. The friends, Karla, Trisha and Elisha captured
or took a photo of it.
Rolly Dave asked the photos from Karla ( Jashlyn’s friend) through facebook
messenger. The reason of asking the photos was to stop mocking Rolly and Pia
(boyfriend and girlfriend relationship) since the two were accused of dating at the

After the incident, the school administration held a meeting with all students to
remind them of the importance of peaceful conflict resolution and respecting each
other's differences. The school also organized a counseling session for the students
involved in the altercation to help them cope with the stress and any emotional
trauma caused by the incident.

As soon as the school authorities were informed about the incident, the student who

sent the explicit photos was immediately called to the guidance office for further
investigation and disciplinary action. The parents of the student were also informed
about the incident, and the school authorities discussed the situation with them.

The school administration took immediate action to prevent the spread of the explicit
photos and ensure the safety and well-being of all students. The school counselor
was made available to talk to any students who may have been affected by the
incident.
