Title: Endangered Languages can be protected
We studied the unit How has Globalization shaped the world? The global context is global
interactions, you explored the unit Globalization-characteristics of globalization and analyzed
whether the process is the product of the 21st century, or it is a process taking different shapes
through centuries and still goes under transformation. The key concept is Change. The statement
of inquiry is “how Globalization has occurred due to a variety of processes that have changed the
world, bringing both opportunities and challenges”.
You have the opportunity to demonstrate a conceptual understanding of the statement of inquiry
while completing the test. You will demonstrate ATL skills such as Communication skills, Critical
thinking skills, and IB learner Profile: Knowledgeable, Thinker, and Open-minded. Service as Action
perspective: Poster “How we can protect Endangered languages.”

I. Instructions:
The following assignment will be used to give you the opportunity to demonstrate Critical
Thinking (divided into 3 strands) and Knowing and Communication skills (with 1 strand).

words).

conclusion.
❖ Look at the research question of the Essay.
❖ Analyze the concepts, issues, models, and theories.
❖ Make the research for the provided Essay, use Sources from I&S book (pages:10,11)
❖ Use internet resources. Summarize information to make valid, well-supported
arguments.
❖ Recognize different perspectives and explain their implications.
