Need For a System

Mobile phones has become the most important thing in our day-to-
day life. Because of mobile and internet the world place come close. Now
a day all economic behavior is being done using this mobile phones. Being
a mobile portable device has become the choice of the people. People
have to go to the shops and get their favorite mobile phones. To solve this
problem we have selected this project. By using website, we can also buy
mobile of choice without visiting the shop. One the website, we can
collect (compare) more than one phone and take our favorite phone.
REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS

❖ FEASIBILITY STUDY:

To check whether the system is feasible or not we follow the three methods of feasibility
study:

1.Technical feasibility 2. Economic feasibility 3. Operational feasibility

1. TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY:

The technical feasibility always focuses on the existing computer hardware, software and
personnel. This also includes evaluating the need for more hardware, software and personnel
and the possibility installing such facility.

To check whether the no. of resources, hardware, languages for car rental system is available
or not?

2. ECONOMICAL FEASIBILITY:

Economic feasibility is about examining the costs associated with the projects. Its examine
whether these costs are acceptable or not? It is beneficial to create to develop the system.

With the computerised system the cost required for this project is in budget and this system is
in profit.

The system is computerised system contains language, laptop, s/w.

3. OPERATIONAL FEASIBILTY:
Operational feasibility is a study to find out whether developed and Implemented system will
be useful or not? It is for finding out whether the developed system will comply with the
users or will user’s resists using system?

This system is user-friendly and software is easy to operate for customer because the
system is developed as per his requirement.
❖ Fact Finding Techniques
Fact finding is process of collection of data and information based on techniques which contain
sampling of existing document, research, observation, questionnaires, interviews record
review.

➢ Interview:-
Interview techniques is process of collection of data and information based on techniques
sampling of existing document, research. In our project we take unstructured interviews, in
which questions are to project guide Ms. Ikhe V.N.

➢ QUESTIONNARIES:
A questionnaire is a preform containing a sequence of question to elicit information
mostly from a large number of persons. Drafting of questionnaire requires utmost
skill. The questions must be clear simple and to the point. They must be well
organized from the point of view of the respondent and formulated in such a manner
as to provide the data in so far as possible in the desired form.

➢ RECORD REVIEW:
A questionnaire information related with the system may be present in the form of
records like books magazines, newspaper historical document, letters, journals,
manuals, government publication, etc. this kind of records reviews provide very
valuable information to the analyst about the system Organization and various
procedure and rules. Records reviews may be perform in the beginning of the study to
collect initial information or at end of the study to compare actual operation.

➢ OBSERVATION:
If the information is not collected from the other finding methods, then observation
methods is used .In this methods analyst observes the flow of document . If the
analyst is failure with the system then he/she knows what to observe and how to
gather information. Inexperienced person may observe unnecessary things which
delays the system study
