We understand how stressful moving can be and we hope that the following list will help you prepare your
belongings ready for collection.

Please be aware that your belongings and property should be clean and access clear for the crew to pack and
collect. Failure to do so could result in additional charges being passed on to the service person.

Please ensure the Authorised

User or an adult member of
the family attends

that everything is
collected/delivered and that
the property is secure.
Remember any appliances or
outside furniture must be dry
prior to collection. Failure to

becoming mouldy whilst in
store.

Turn off 24 hours before

collection, empty contents
FRIDGE FREEZER
and clean before removal is
due.

Drain water and fix transit

WASHING MACHINE
bolts/brackets.

Disconnect and place in

TV, DVD, COMPUTER, HIFI original packaging if
available.

Dismantle before the day of

BEDS/WARDROBES
collection.

Take out adequate insurance

coverage for your removal,
extended house policies may
INSURANCE not be sufficient to cover your
removal. If moving overseas
you will require a marine
policy.*
