    To the Management,

    Due to a NTE served to me regarding inadherence to my scheduled break/lunch during this


    month, I detail to you the reasons behind the particular occurrence as follows;

    That I took my break few minutes before the scheduled – knowing and experiencing not much
    of calls on qeueu, I took the chance to get to eat a little, for I came to work with an empty
    stomach, For I was not feeling well prior and on shift.

    Overbreak- wrong timing as it was, a point when I was about to end my break then I felt and
    needed more time at the rest room.

    I am aware of aware of my actions and my needs, and I am sorry If I had to take sometime my
    breaks as my body required it the most. I would be highly appreciative of your favorable
    understanding. I commit to keep in adherent to address the work as needed and scheduled. I
    would better communicate/ escalate all my needs and requirements to even escalating the calls
    all the supcalls as requested by any caller to avoid misrepresentation of myself, and my work
    related needs.
