summers, attracting waves of sun-seekers every year. The heritage sites,
the fine dining that always looks enormous. Their English-language
friendliness and the sheer diversity of France.

1. In what areas should the Philippine government boost its effort to keep
up with the top tourist destinations in the Philippines?

happiness, health care and child welfare is considered to be ranked as a highly
developed country.
