CRUZIAN, RULE THE KKDAT SINING BAYANIHAN COMPETITION.

Talents of the students of Sta. Cruz National Highschool (SCNHS) were again recognized after
participating in the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Sining Bayanihan Competition
Provincial this December 8, 2022.

According to PTCOL Alexie A. Desamito, Gapan City Police Chief, the said activity awares the students
about drugs abuse and terorrism.

Winners in different contest categories were: Film Making competition (1st Place)- Vanessa Angel
Villanueva, Shane Leslie Padilla, Elieza Eunice Trinidad, Gian Axel Tecson, Christine Jade Pardito, Jasmine
Fajardo, Ken Zentrix Acosta, Rhaine Karl Figueroa and James Dharell Trinidad, trained by Mr. Marvie
Delos Santos; Cultural Dance Competition ( 1st Place)-Allen Almera, Ainzley Cabungcal, Francine Yuna
Del Carmen, Jeanno Gatus, Kenjie Pangilinan, Liarn Vallejo, Luigi Miranda, Maria Sofia Abando, Nico
Pascual, and Nicole Jimenez; Comics Strip Making Competition (1st Place, Regional 3rd Place)-Princess
Angeline Villareal, trained by Mrs. Aljane Abigail Jose.

“Mahirap dahil kulang-kulang sa gamit, pero natapalan naman yun ng talent and skills nung mga
estudyante at sa huli kinaya pa din, walang kapantay na saya yung nadama namin nung makita yung
pinaghirapan na film na nanalo sa patimpalak.” Mr. Marvie Delos Santos said as he was interviewed
after the competition.

He also added that their joy was incomparable when the winners was announced and their
hardwork was paid.

After the competition, the qualified contestants will complete in the upcoming Regional KKDAT
Sining Bayanihan Competition.
