Purpose of the position

a. This is a customer representative role and is responsible for evaluating Product


Attribute Leadership Strategy (PALS) and Statement of Intent (SOI) across all products
in PVBU and EVBU, in line with customer, brand and segment expectations.
b. PALS & SOI creation & evaluation is integral part of TML product development process
– hence the role need to be performed for effective product delivery as per time, cost
& performance requirements

Relevant Experience :
1. 2-10 years of relevant experience
2. Knowledge of automotive design / development is an added advantage
3. Expertise in evaluating vehicle subjectively and ability to correlate with attributes.
4. Working knowledge of current and future Technology.
5. Detailed understanding of customer, brand and segment needs, attribute definition, attribute
futuring.
6. Experience in evaluating latent and explicit customer requirements, and ability to convert
them into engineering terms is an advantage

Key Responsibilities :
