This course provides an overview of the fundamental principles and practices of supervision and management in
organizations. Students will develop an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of supervisors and managers, learn how to
motivate and lead employees, and explore best practices for managing teams and achieving organizational goals.
Course Objectives:
At the end the course, the students will be able to:
1. Understand the roles and responsibilities of supervisors and managers in organizations.
2. Develop effective communication and leadership skills to motivate and lead employees.
