This is to authorize Mr. Charles Vincent Aromin and Ms. Lyza Mae Ducusin,
fifth (5th) year BS Architecture students at Saint Louis College, City of San Fernando,
La Union, to adopt the parcel of land located at Barangay Biday,San Fernando, La
Union for their project proposal entitled:
“Aquatorio Agritecture: An Aquaponics center for an advanced ecoculture”

It is clearly understood that financial compensation will not be given to them, and
it is not an obligation on our part to accept their design for our use.
Permission is given to them, to gather relevant information pertaining to this
matter in order to accomplish their requirements on subjects, ARCHITECTURAL
DESIGN 9 and 10. Obtained data will be for Academic Purpose Only.
